with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business leaders, to develop and implement innovative products that transform our supply chain. Your work will directly
impact how we operate, ensuring we remain competitive and responsive to market trends.
What You’ll Do
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support product discovery, optimization, and conceptualization.
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Google Analytics (GA) Expertise: Utilize GA to monitor user behavior and product performance, translating findings into strategic recommendations for product development.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies and tools relevant to fast fashion supply chain management. Provide insights on best practices and
state-of-the-art solutions that can be integrated into our products.
- Training & Onboarding: Lead training sessions and onboarding for cross-functional teams to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to utilize new products effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and execution. Facilitate communication across teams
to drive alignment and achieve business goals.
- Hypothesis-Driven Product Management: Leverage a data-driven approach to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions, ensuring a superior customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in product or business analysis, preferably in the fashion, retail, or supply chain sectors. Experience with fast fashion supply chains is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics is required. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, BigQuery, and Python is highly desirable. Experience with A/B testing, Jira,
and Confluence is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. A knack for storytelling and presenting
data in a compelling manner.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of the fast fashion industry and its challenges. Ability to stay ahead of market trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, with a strong track record of driving execution and delivering high-quality results.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
