Role and Responsibilities
Order creation:
1. Review the input received from buyer for order creation in SAP. Get back to the buyer if required details are not provided.
2. Create the order, if the details received are good to go, in SAP server.
3. Track the order release status in order tracking portal and expedite / escalate as applicable till it is released.
Supply Chain Management, Delivery Tracking / Expediting:
1. Review pre-shipment documents received from vendors for import / domestic shipments and get them corrected if there are any errors.
2. Provide shipment authorization to vendors upon receipt of required approvals based on business requirement.
3. Track the shipment till GRN and resolve the issues if there are any.
4. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders from buying, finance, customs, and supply chain / logistics teams for performing the required tasks / activity.
MIS
1. Create scheduled / ad-hoc reports for multiple stakeholders across Procure to Pay process.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduate with 4-5 years of experience in transactional procurement / supply chain management / logistics function.
Required Skills
1. PR to PO process
2. Supply chain documentation both for imports and domestic shipments.
3. SAP and MS Excel.
4. Communication (both verbal and written) and stakeholder management.
5. Analytical mind-set and problem-solving / can-do attitude
