We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, mid-level position within our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our partners and driving strategic initiatives to maximize business growth.
Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners to drive business growth
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market reach
- Create, implement, and manage partner programs and initiatives to optimize partner performance
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and success of partner initiatives
- Lead negotiations and contracts with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide regular reports to senior management on partner performance and program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all partner dealings
