Opening for Key Account Manager with Reliance Jio.

Work location: BKC, Mumbai

Working days: 6 days (Mon-Sat)


Candidate must have B2B Account management experience and must have done Telecom/ IT/ Saas/ Software/ Hardware Sales.


Job Description:

  • Acquire customers and achieve the targets given for the allocated accounts.
  • Responsible to acquire Enterprise customers by building a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationships.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Solutioning team to provide the products and services and ensure delivery to customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with all the internal stakeholders to drive the sales cycle.
  • Resolve any issues faced by customers and manage complaints to maintain trust.
  • Follow internal processes to ensure the end-to-end sales cycle and account metrics are met.
