Tableau Developer – 4-6 years 

Prerequisite & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information 

Technology, or related field required.

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Tableau developer .

• A strong understanding of Tableau architecture and report development.

• Build modern visualizations using Tableau charts guided analytics , interactive 

dashboard design and visual best practices.

• Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.

• Strong understanding of advanced data warehouse concepts (Fact less Fact Tables, 

Temporal \ BI-Temporal models, etc.)

Required Technical Skills

• Develop Tableau data visualization using Cross Tabs ,Heat maps ,Box and Whisker 

charts ,Pie charts and Bar charts .

• To create role base security roles to provide the all-user’s specific access to 

dashboard and provide the self-service data model to client’s or users to create the 

dashboard at their end.

• Work extensively on data model creation and calculations ,parameters ,advanced 

analysis actions trend line and Tables calculation.

• The ability to decipher technical or dashboard structure and translate complicated 

business needs into technical specifications.

• Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and 

troubleshoot any issues.

• .Providing access to dashboard and provided the self-service data model to client’s 

or users to create the dashboard at their end.

• Well versed in writing complex, yet efficient SQL code, especially in a Bigquery 

environment.

• Experience with Tableau Prep is a plusith Tableau Prep is a plus
