Education:

B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science 

Experience:

Must have 12 to 15 Years of total experience in designing, implementing, and architecting network with a focus on data center environments.

Job Description:

The Data Center Network Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex data center network infrastructures. This role requires a deep understanding of network technologies, data center architecture, and experience in customer network solutioning, including presentations to C-level executives. The architect will also play a critical role in RFP discussions and vendor evaluation. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and architect scalable and resilient data center network solutions. 

2. Implement and manage advanced network technologies including SDN, NFV, and cloud networking. 

3. Lead and participate in RFP processes, including the creation of technical responses. 

4. Evaluate and recommend network solutions that align with customer requirements. 

5. Develop and present customized network solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. 

6. Prepare and deliver high-level presentations and proposals to C-level executives. 

7. Assess and select network vendors based on technology, support, and strategic fit.  

8. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements. 

Desired Skills:

1. Expert knowledge of network protocols, Routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), Policy base routing, VRF based routing, switching, and security technologies. 

2. Prior experience of managing Network Solutions for Public and Private Clouds (SDN, Direct connect, VPN, NVA) for Azure, GCP and OpenStack cloud. 

3. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale network projects and RFP processes. 

4. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams. 

5. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

6. Strong hands-on exposure in Firewall ( Cisco ASA/Check Point/Palo Alto/Fortigate, Juniper etc). 

Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are highly desirable.
