What You'll Do

Play a central role in developing the information architecture for both digital and

physical products within our Design System.

Design and implement information architecture principles that cater to complex

systems and products, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across various

touchpoints.

Utilize your background in industrial design to provide unique insights and

approaches for the development of physical products, bridging the gap between

digital and physical design.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product

managers, and engineers, to create a seamless, integrated user experience.

Mentor and guide the team on the importance and implementation of robust

information architecture, leveraging your industry expertise.

Advocate for user needs, employing a deep understanding of user habits and

behaviors to inform and influence design decisions.

Contribute to the evolution of our Design System by introducing innovative

practices and methodologies to enhance our information architecture.

Who You Are

You have at least 7+ years of significant hands-on experience as an Information

Architect, Industrial Designer, or similar role in a fast-paced organization.

You possess a strong foundation in industrial design, with experience in

designing complex physical products.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing information

architecture for large-scale design systems.

Proven experience in designing comprehensive navigation systems and

incorporating them into user experience design.

Strong knowledge of modern UX/UI principles and user-centered design.

Experience working in cross-functional teams, including product management,

designers, and engineers.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with the ability to

present confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations, create clarity without direction,

and define information architecture standards and best practices from the

ground up.

Capacity to learn quickly, iterate, unblock yourself, and persist until the right

problem is solved.

You understand and live agile workflows and lean principles in your day-to-day

work.

information architecture and design complex physical products.

You have experience mentoring or leading a team of designers.

You are comfortable with data-driven design, balancing the needs of users with
