Job Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Expert to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lead-generation strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B lead generation and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, research, and qualify high-quality leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email marketing, social media, events, etc.).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to create a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Leverage data analytics and CRM systems to track, measure, and optimize lead generation performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead qualification and handoff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
- Mentor and develop an excellent team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B lead generation.
- Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets and driving sales revenue.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Institution Sales/ B2B Sales.
- MBA preferred.
