Qualifications and Skills

• Hands on expertise on OSS telecom domain (4G/5G), along with Inventory, fault management and reporting tools.
• Proficiency on NoSQL databases like GraphDB and Cypher queries.
• Should have hands-on experience on Linux OS platform applications.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Graph Databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate stakeholders.
• Willing to work in 24x7 application support.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for the company's telecommunications platforms and digital services
• Utilize PLsql for database management and troubleshooting
• Work with graph databases and Linux systems to resolve technical issues
• Manage fault and reporting systems in the OSS Telecom domain
• Utilize Cypher queries for data retrieval and analysis
• Contribute to fault management processes and reporting improvements
