Qualifications and Skills
- Hands on expertise on OSS telecom domain (4G/5G), along with Inventory, fault management and reporting tools.
- Proficiency on NoSQL databases like GraphDB and Cypher queries.
- Should have hands-on experience on Linux OS platform applications.
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Graph Databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate stakeholders.
- Willing to work in 24x7 application support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for the company's telecommunications platforms and digital services
- Utilize PLsql for database management and troubleshooting
- Work with graph databases and Linux systems to resolve technical issues
- Manage fault and reporting systems in the OSS Telecom domain
- Utilize Cypher queries for data retrieval and analysis
- Contribute to fault management processes and reporting improvements
