Jio is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of HR Operations. The position will be based in NHQ, Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5 - 9 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process for the State.
- Drive recruitment through various sourcing channels to ensure a continuous supply of talent aligned with business needs.
- Develop and utilize alternative recruitment channels, such as NGOs, campuses, and employment exchanges.
- Initiate and manage recruitment drives, including walk-ins, contests, and referral programs.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles through market mapping.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote internal candidates for open positions.
- Govern the selection process (screening, assessments, interviews) to ensure quality and compliance.
- Monitor and drive recruitment performance indicators like turnaround time, attrition rates, offer dropouts, and budget adherence.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing real-time updates on recruitment progress.
- Train and mentor the recruitment team to enhance their performance.
- Set performance expectations, monitor productivity, and provide constructive feedback.
- Govern the recruitment process in compliance with financial, statutory, and regulatory standards.
- Regularly review the recruitment dashboard and take corrective actions to ensure timely hiring.
- Develop strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all touchpoints to strengthen the employer brand.
