·        Responsible to ensure sales and customer acquisition targets.

·        Optimize cost and productivity of Jio Centre.

·        Ensure seamless operation and administration of Jio Centre.

·        Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and commercial controls.

·        Obtain permissions required for project execution.

·        Liaison with channel partners to enhance productivity.

·        Provide action plan for customer retention and feedback.

·        Manage, coach and motivate team members.
