Education - BE/Btech/MCA

·        Minimum 5-9-year relevant hand on experience in IT Telecom (OSS/BSS) Operations.

·        Working in L2/L3 support analyst role with hands on Linux and have shell Scripting knowledge.

·        Should have experience in Databases like Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL.

·        Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data.

·        Experience on Kubernetes, OpenShift, Prometheus and Grafana

·        Knowledge on Postman and SOUP UI for Rest API & Web service testing & troubleshooting Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring the service.

·        Engage in day-to-day high Severity Incident Resolution and perform Root Cause Analysis 

·        Resolution of Incident Tickets and Service Requests 

·        Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

·        Contribute 24 x 7 support of the production environment on a Follow the Sun and rotational basis.
