Role and Responsibilities
- Engage with various vendors for commercials and technical discussions.
- Price Bench Marking for similar products, market research reports, import data etc..
- Product comparison, Spend analysis and TCO analysis for Product.
- Tracking of material and service consumption as well as inventory analysis.
- Understand Business requirements and interact with Planning, Quality and Operations team to formulate the solution, Scope of work, Delivery schedule etc to be finalized with vendor along with commercial.
- Assist and agree with Vendor for creation of new Amendments, Renewals, Deal sheets etc along with the support of Internal teams.
- Validate Commercial T&C’s including Payments and ensure strict compliance by Vendor at all levels.
- Attend and report regular governance meeting with Vendor and other Stakeholders in company.
- Report and Resolve issues with vendor and internal stakeholders.
- Manage key/senior stakeholders internally and externally related to the Category.
You’ll Need To Have
- Experience in Negotiations for delivering on high value projects.
- Proven and relevant work experience of 6-8 years as a Buyer, Sourcing analyst, or a similar role in the Telecom/IT domain.
- Knowledge of Category management with a solid understanding of Commercial and Financial terms and basic understanding of the Networking and Telecom technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to conduct in-depth research on various areas of business and technology.
- Good written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to communicate and manage relationship with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exposure to SAP (ERP) and other sourcing tools.
- Expertise in creating Power point slide and command over Excel.
