Key Tasks:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints and channels
  • First Point of contact for Distributor/Retailer Escalations. Should be available on phone/Whatsapp 6 days a week 9am:8pm
  • Training of Sales Teams of Offline Partners as and when needed from time to time
  • Identify sales opportunities with dealer & distributors
  • First Point of Contact for ecommerce (Amazon, RD and JME) customer escalations. Manage Platforms like Brand Redirect
