Job Description:

As the Cloud Native Kubernetes and Containerization Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation and management of containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications, enhancing our overall infrastructure resilience and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Kubernetes and containerization adoption
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align containerization strategies with business objectives
• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters across various environments (on-premises and cloud)
• Optimize container orchestration using Kubernetes, including cluster setup, scaling, monitoring, and maintenance
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and scaling of containerized applications
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of containerized applications
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes
• Implement robust security practices for containerized environments, including vulnerability management and compliance monitoring
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native technologies
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and hybrid cloud solutions

Certification: Relevant certifications for the K8s architecture and implementation on any leading cloud service provider.
