Key Attributes and Responsibilities: -

• Collaborate with the design and backend development teams to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive, responsive web pages.
• Develop new user-facing features and optimize existing ones using Vue.js or similar frameworks.
• Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on performance and SEO best practices.
• Implement front-end best practices to ensure the website achieves excellent Lighthouse scores and overall search engine visibility.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of the website.
• Improve application responsiveness and overall user experience.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to identify and address performance bottlenecks and UI/UX issues.

Technical Requirements (Must Have):-

• Strong expertise in Vue.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Excellent understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 with a keen eye for design aesthetics and detail.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-performance code that positively impacts SEO and Lighthouse scores.
• Solid understanding of front-end build tools, such as Webpack or Parcel.
• Experience with optimizing web performance and knowledge of web optimization techniques.
• Very strong knowledge of unit testing and write unit test cases
• Understanding of version control using Git.
• A passion for staying current with emerging technologies and web development trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Technical Requirements (Good To Have):-

• Cloud platforms e.g GCP, Azure, AWS
• Familiarity with tools like Newrelic, Coraloix, Grafana

Qualifications Required-Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science

3-6 years of professional experience in front-end web development using JavaScript and CSS.
