- Job Accountabilities
- To Manage MS Exchange applications and servers.
- To create\delete\modify mailboxes and distribution list as per requirement
- To monitor server health e.g. disk space, mail queue, backup status, alerts etc.
- Coordinating with Data centre team for backup task and firmware upgrades.
- Ensuring patch management on all MS Exchange servers.
- Preparing multiple reports and document as per management requirements.
- Ticket resolution in service desk portal.
- Coordinate & communicate with the engineers spread across various sites for troubleshooting related issues and to handle escalated issues.
- Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Exchange 2013 or above.
- Knowledge of M365 solution.
- Troubleshooting skills on Exchange server 2013 or above.
- Good knowledge on Exchange DAG, Fail over concepts, Accepted domains, RBAC, IIS logs, Mail Flow Architecture.
- Should have good knowledge of Windows 2012.
- Knowledge of using Monitoring Tools.
- Quick learner and good team player.
- Good communication skills.
