Hiring for Deputy General Manager: Growth

Responsibilities:

· Own roadmap for Growth and all new strategic initiatives.

· Work closely with business counter parts to identify growth opportunities and productize them.

· Given we are in a hyper growth stage and being in a highly evolving industry, role requires one to be agile and on his toes as opportunities and thus roadmap will be ever evolving.

· Define and monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success and take a data-driven approach to create and iterative products.

· Understand business and its nuances, with clarity on how the features they are building affecting the business.

· Collaborate with a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business and data analysts to drive products for fast paced growth.

Desired Skills and Experience

· 6+ years of product management experience in building and shipping consumer products.

· Possess strong customer empathy and strive for customer evangelism.

· Keen eye for identifying opportunities for business scale and customer experience improvements.

· Should be entrepreneurial and possess strong ownership.

· MBA degree from premier institute and prior startup experience is preferred but not necessary.
