As a key member of our data team, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

1.   Data Analysis and Interpretation:

·        Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and trends.

·        Interpret data and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

2.   Visualization Development:

·        Design and develop interactive and static data visualizations using industry-standard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant platforms.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand visualization requirements and create compelling dashboards.

3.   Data Storytelling:

·        Translate data findings into compelling narratives that support strategic business decisions.

·        Present data insights to various stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.

4.   Data Quality and Validation:

·        Ensure the accuracy and integrity of visualized data by implementing rigorous data validation processes.

·        Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve data quality throughout the visualization pipeline.

5.   Stay Current with Industry Trends:

·        Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics.

·        Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in data visualization tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

·        Proven experience in data visualization, with expertise in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets.

·        Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

·        Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis using languages such as SQL, Python, or R is a plus.

·        Understanding of best practices in data visualization design and storytelling.
