Job Description

• Lead Network Operations to ensure Availability, Performance and Security for Data Centre Network based on Cisco Nexus and ACI, Firewalls, Load Balancers .

• Need to ensure closure of all Service Requests, Incidents, Alerts, RCAs on time in Network domain • Attend & quickly resolve priority P1 & P2 incident call.

• Attend the CAB meeting to represent all changes in network domain, Ensure proper planning and error free execution for all changes

• Participate internal or external Network audit

• Ensure CMDB, Monitoring, Alerting is in place for all managed devices with all required parameters.

• Run Service Improvement Plans (Firmware upgrades, HA Testing, Alert optimization, Security fixes etc) with defined plan

• Conduct Interview network resources.

• Provide third-level support and provide root cause analysis of issues.

• Ensure close Capacity monitoring and timely capacity planning for all network technologies.

• Having good understanding of Network Automation, Having good knowledge on Automation language python/Ansible.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and recommendations on cloud-related technologies and trends.

• Maintain security standards in cloud per Security guideline and benchmarks.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge

• Strong knowledge on Citrix NetScaler , Cisco Switching and Routing, Cisco ACI, Cisco, Palo Alto Firewall, Citrix Load Balancer

• Hands on Experience Nexus platform 9K, 7K, 5K, 2K Fabric extender switches .

• Understanding and hands on experience on Cisco ACI

• Strong knowledge of VPC, VDC, STP, Port-channel, VLAN

• Experience on Routing protocol BGP, OSPF, VRF

• Strong Experience on Cisco ASA Firewall, FTD , FMC

• Experience on cloud platform , GCP will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications CCNP/CCIE/CCSP, GCP, Any Citrix LB Certification.
