At least 2-3 years of experience in IT Infra Support
Job Description
Good knowledge in Windows Operating System include Citrix/Accops desktop
Strong knowledge in excel, power point & also with strong analytical skill
Working knowledge on Windows AD, Windows ADFS, Windows AD Sites and Trusts
Working knowledge of multi-Factor authentication
Configuring and supporting security tools, such as firewalls, anti-virus
Able to solve medium to high complexity applications related incidents coming from end-users
Logging incidents and their status in HPSM (Ticketing tool)
Should be able to do troubleshooting based on information collected through application logs, system logs and configuration files
Able to analyse impact of incident and communicate it to affected user areas and minimize it.
Should be able to interact with L1 engineers or external teams for troubleshooting of issues
Candidate should be able to Manage and Troubleshoot given technologies in large scale environment, should have knowledge of IP/TCP
Responsible for providing support and documentation for all activities
Flexible on working hours and ready for 24/7 support model
