Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a CyberArk PIM Level 1 Support . In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients using CyberArk's Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions. You will work closely with end users to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure the successful implementation and operation of CyberArk PIM solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level 24x7 technical support to clients using CyberArk PIM solutions.
  • Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and configuration-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
  • Document client interactions, technical solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on CyberArk products and technologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity or identity management.
  • Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and principles.
  • Familiarity with CyberArk PIM solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk Certifiactions) are advantageous .
