Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Sales Head to lead our sales initiatives specific to the BFSI vertical. The ideal candidate will drive our cloud solutions sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and promote our cloud offerings across banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies tailored for the BFSI vertical to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI sector, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the BFSI sector.
- Solution Selling: Drive the adoption of cloud solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our offerings with their business objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Facing Unit of Strategic and Larghe Accounts, Large deal team, marketing, product management, and technical support to create compelling value propositions.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales data to refine sales processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in cloud sales, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector with minimum 3 to 5 years experience in leading Sales team in BFSI sector in India.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions relevant to the BFSI industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
