Qualification: BE / BTech , MCA Experience: 15 – 20 Years Job Description: The OpenStack Cloud and Datacenter Operation Lead is responsible for the management and operation of the organization's OpenStack cloud infrastructure and datacenter facilities. This role involves leading a team to ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud services and on-premises datacenter operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OpenStack, cloud technologies, virtualization, network administration, and data center management. Responsibilities: 1. Design, deploy, and manage scalable OpenStack cloud infrastructure, Oversee the maintenance and operation of physical and virtual servers in the datacentre and ensure high availability, reliability, and disaster recovery capabilities of all systems. 2. Proven experience with OpenStack cloud platform. Experience with network administration, storage solutions, and backup systems. 3. Lead and mentor a team of cloud and datacenter administrators and engineers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. 4. Implement and manage security policies and practices to protect cloud and datacenter resources and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 5. Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure performance. 6. Set up and manage monitoring tools to track system performance and health. Respond to and resolve incidents, outages, and performance issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. 7. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Prepare and present reports on infrastructure performance and projects. 8. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certification:- Relevant certifications such as Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA) are highly desirable
