L1 Engineer
- 1 to 2 years of IT Infrastructure Experience Desktop/Windows Servers/Application Virtualization
- Able to work with the OEM or escalation team for case opening and troubleshooting purpose
- Provide technical support for Desktop Virtualization
- Knowledge on ITIL Process (Issue/Problem/Change Management)
- Basics in Virtualization Citrix XenApp & XenDesktop, Windows Server configuration, SQL and operations support.
- Knowledge on end users experience and problems troubleshooting on Accops/Citrix
- Basic Knowledge of networking concepts.
- Knowledge on MCS & PVS
- Knowledge on master image updation
- Working on Accops/Citrix daily base issue such as not launching desktop / application/user login slowness / User Profiles / workspace app issues.
- Knowledge on Fslogix
- Knowledge on communication ports / communication flow.
- Worked on Assigning Dedicated VMs to Users Using MCS and Update.
- Worked on health check report
- Support of a 24x7 operational environment
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
· 2+ years of Desktop Virtualization administration and support experience.
· Strong understanding of Virtualization products and Windows Server.
· Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
