Business Planning Manager


- Responsible for working with Vertical Head to translate strategies and objectives into annual plans and cascade these down to quarterly business plans and account level targets for vertical


- Manage the program management for the critical initiatives that are aligned for the business and business head


- Drive the analytics, reporting and dashborading for the vertical and be the owner for the data analytics piece


- Responsible for account planning, segmentation and mapping


- Supports IVG Head with special projects/ initiatives, war rooms, customized reports, analysis and insights


- Support Business Head in identifying key strategic interventions required across sales, operations, product etc. based on an understanding of the external/internal environment


- Ensure all critical issues escalated to Head are addressed and keep track of progress until resolved
