Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Mumbai (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
- Analysis: Analyze processes and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Solution Development: Work with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions.
- Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation of processes and requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management and data analysis tools.
