Job Overview


Experienced Audit and Process Executive role at Jio, a leading telecom operator with 400M+ customers, offering digital apps & services for B2C and B2B. HQ in Navi Mumbai. Qualifications and Skills


  • More than 10 years of experience in audit and process management
  • Proficient in ISO standards and practices
  • Strong knowledge of IT Governance principles
  • Expertise in Audit & Compliance procedures
  • Experience in datacenter operations and auditing
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 45001, ISO 27001
  • Experience with PCI DSS, SOC and TIA audits


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Leading audits covering requirements of various ISO standards and checking effectiveness of internal controls
  • Ensure 100% compliance to all standards & certifications adopted in datacenter
  • Perform Internal audits of various ISO standards i.e. 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301, 20000, 27001
  • Supporting in preparation of IT budget
  • Coordinating with departments during audits and reviewing all evidences.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and special requirements
  • Collaborating, engaging and communicating openly while maintaining excellent working relationships with management and internal stakeholders , keeping them informed of potential issues and escalating problems / delays accordingly
  • Follow Up for the closure of risks identified during various audits.
