Requirements

Education: Diploma or Engineering Graduate (Preferred)

Experience: 6 -10 years

Role & Responsibilities

1. Candidate is responsible for resource planning, recruitment and deployment
2. Partner Lifecycle management and ensure onboarding quality
3. Take accountability of service deliverables and ensure adequate manpower availability
4. Monitor daily performance and motivate team and provide proper training
5. Visit partners, markets as required and gather customer feedback
6. Mentor and counsel manpower
7. Motivate partners for timely targets
8. Handle escalations and ensure satisfaction
9. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Network, Finance teams
10. Participate in various Business Activities as required
