Job Description –    Archer Develop

Work Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience - 4 to 8

Responsibilities:

·      Knowledge of Archer tool. Should know Data Feed Manager, Data driven events, Custom code build, Archer backend support.

·      Individual should be aware of Reporting and Access framework in Archer GRC.

·      Support the team through development, creation and implementation of testing scenarios and use cases within the GRC application

·      Working with Functional consultant and developers to design and helping for solution.

·      Support and/or perform the on-going configuration and support for the Archer GRC platform

·      APIs & Third party tool integration with Archer

·      Support implementation of controls through creation of manuals, reports, and/or presentations.

Qualification and Work Experience

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA

·      Minimum of 2 years hands-on working experience in Archer GRC development/RSA Archer system administrator for Developer role.

·      With effectively with responsibility and personal accountability; Ability to work independently with direction and with/without direct supervision.

·      Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.

·      Calmness and clarity of thought under pressure and ability to maintain confidentially.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create presentation and do management presentations

·      Deliver outcomes on multiple work assignments with limited guidance provided

·      May lead, with support, projects and work streams with guidance

·      Demonstrated leader with team-oriented interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interface with a broad range of people and roles.

·      Good understanding of risk and security management practices and security process flow understanding

·      Basic knowledgeable of governance, risk and compliance systems and how to design a GRC frame work.
