Qualifications and Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in Application Support
- Strong knowledge of Shell Scripting, Linux, Unix, and Cloud Operations
- Experience with PLSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Oracle
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide L2 application support for Jio's digital apps and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
