JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing hiring process.
• Evaluate and re-design recruitment systems and processes.
• Using all sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, mail box CV searching the internal and external databases.
• Head hunting the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies.
• Conducting detailed proficiency and behavioral based interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements.
• Lead the team to ensure that key project deadlines are met.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Involve in payroll preparation.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook and other social medias.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
• Work under stress.
• Previous experience in IT companies will be an added advantage.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Lookups and pivot tables will be an added advantage.
