Job Summary:

As a Technical Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated team of web developers and other IT teams to successfully execute and deliver the C2C international marketplace project for preowned diamonds and diamond jewellery. You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the project, ensuring effective collaboration among team members, and driving the project to successful completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

·Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers and technical staff, guiding them through the full software development life cycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.

·Project Management: Manage the end-to-end development process of our C2C international marketplace project for preowned diamonds and diamond jewellery trading, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

·Technology Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of PHP, Magento, Laravel, MySQL, and related technologies to architect scalable and maintainable solutions.

·Version Control: Implement best practices in version control using tools like Git to ensure efficient collaboration and code management.

·Cloud Services: Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to optimize infrastructure and maintain high availability of applications.

·Frontend Development: Collaborate with frontend developers using Vue 3 and NuxtJS to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences.

·DevOps and CI/CD: Implement continuous integration and deployment practices, streamlining development workflows and ensuring rapid and reliable releases.

·Security Focus: Enforce robust security practices for web applications, mitigating potential vulnerabilities and safeguarding sensitive data.

·Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

·Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and coding standards.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

·Proven experience of 5-10 Years in technical leadership and project management roles within the IT industry.

·Expertise in PHP, Magento, Laravel, MySQL or equivalent databases.

·Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.

·Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS and Azure.

·Hands-on experience with Vue 3 and NuxtJS for front-end development.

·Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

·Knowledge of web application security tools and best practices.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·Leadership abilities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

·Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace projects is advantageous.
