#Job Purpose
The E-commerce Ex. supports our C2C Global marketplace 'GEMGEM' by providing high-quality customer service through live chat, email and SNS from Inquiry to order processing, working in coordination with internal team
#Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.
- Process sales orders, monitor order statuses, and coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ensure data privacy.
- Handle complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Offer insights for improving sales support processes and customer service.
- Assist in reporting and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
#Qualifications
- Any Graduate with 1+ year experience in customer service or sales support (preferably in e-commerce or luxury goods).
- Proficient in English, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well in a team environment.
