Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor key performance indicators and track business performance.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across various business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and prioritize initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into IT solutions.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies, and provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
