Role: Sales Consultant Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru Openings: 100 Experience Required: 1 - 4.5 Years Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Counseling or related field What You'll Do: - Drive Sales: Engage with prospective students and their parents through consultative outbound and follow-up calls. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the entire sales process to closure.- Handle Negotiations: Overcome objections and negotiate prices to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.- Communicate Effectively: Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services, clearly articulating their benefits and value propositions to potential clients. Who We’re Looking For: - EdTech B2C Experience: Proven track record in inside sales within the EdTech industry.- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English.- Sales Expertise: At least 1 year of experience in inside sales with strong sales acumen and a results-driven approach.- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to build rapport, negotiate, and communicate effectively with clients.- Independent &amp; Collaborative: Capable of thriving both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
