Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Executive (Air Ticket) to join our team at JetsupHolidays. As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling bookings and documentation, processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team, and handling refund and cancellation of international and domestic air tickets. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing, be well-versed in GDS Galileo and Amadeus, and have excellent communication skills.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing role
  • Knowledge of GDS Galileo and Amadeus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Good customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handling bookings and documentation for international and domestic air tickets
  • Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team
  • Handling refund and cancellation of international and domestic air tickets
  • Attending to customer queries through emails and phone calls
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance with ticketing and travel-related matters
  • Maintaining accurate records of bookings, refunds, and cancellations
