Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting full lifecycle data analysis, developing reporting capabilities, and implementing data strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain databases and data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Identify new process improvement opportunities to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data analyst
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects), databases (e.g., SQL), programming languages (e.g., XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks), and Tableau for data visualization.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at writing queries, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
