Account Management, meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for interacting with Client POC’s on daily basis to understand their priority positions and distributing those to the respective teams

Should be able to lead, manage and train a team of recruiters.

Responsible for interacting with direct contacts of Onsite managers to understand and fulfilling their client demands 

building and managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned account or the portfolio of accounts by being the owner of the entire opportunity management cycle, which involves identifying business opportunities, selling, service delivery, and negotiations.

In charge of creating teams and making sure the team fulfilling allocated KRA’s Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.

Complete ownership of full-life-cycle recruiting process; Search, qualification, submissions / interviews / on-off boarding and any other related issue.

Directly communicate with MSP’s / Clients on daily basis with respect to mentioned functions to ensure highest level of client satisfaction.

Co-ordinate, BG process, all post hire paperwork; boarding process, first day reporting details, time sheet and payroll issues.

Worked with Implementation Partners

Lead, train and mentor the team members to ensure high level of performance.

Responsible for Resource Management and Delivery Management.
