Job Overview

We are hiring a Sheet Metal Production Engineer to join our team at Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. As a Sheet Metal Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of sheet metal components and ensuring efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is full-time and located in Sachin, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in sheet metal production
• Knowledge of laser cutting machines and programming
• Strong technical drawing interpretation skills
• Experience in fabrication and metalworking processes
• Ability to handle and lead a team
• Familiarity with manpower planning and scheduling
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of sheet metal components according to specifications
• Ensure that all production processes are efficient and meet quality standards
• Optimize production workflow to maximize productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings
• Supervise and train production operators
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
