Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of quality in our manufacturing processes and products. This is a full-time position based in Sachin, Gujarat, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer.
• Precision measuring skills to ensure accurate inspections and measurements.
• Strong knowledge of welding inspection techniques and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency in mechanical drawing interpretation and understanding.
• Familiarity with various quality control instruments and their usage.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports using software tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Perform inspections, tests, and measurements on raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to address quality issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to implement quality control initiatives.
• Document and maintain quality control records and reports for future reference and analysis.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in quality control practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and systems.
• Identify and address customer complaints and concerns regarding product quality.
