Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the textile industry
• Knowledge about CNC& VMC turning Machines
• Knowledge about sheet metal Laser cutting Machine
• Team Leadership skills
• CNC Electric Panel Understanding
• Proficient in Maintenance Documentation & System enforcer
• Proficient in Preventive Maintenance Activity
• Creative Problem Solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment used in yarn prepratory machines
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
• Monitor and inspect machines to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize equipment failure
• Create and maintain documentation for maintenance activities and repairs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance engineers
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mechanical maintenance
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
