Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer (CNC) to join our team at Rima Machines Pvt Ltd. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and smooth operation of our CNC machines. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in the field. The job is located in Surat, Gujarat, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer
• Strong expertise in CNC operation and maintenance
• Knowledge of sheet metal laser machines and conventional machines
• Mechanical expertise and understanding of CNC electronics
• Experience in preventive maintenance and programmable logic controller (PLC)
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repair of CNC machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues
• Implement preventive maintenance measures to avoid machine breakdowns
• Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth operation of machines
• Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians
