ob Overview:

As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximizing the performance of the company's real estate assets. You will oversee leasing activities, property operations, tenant relations, and strategic planning to achieve optimal occupancy, revenue, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize property value, including leasing, marketing, and tenant retention initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring compliance with leases, laws, and regulations.
• Manage leasing activities, negotiate lease agreements, and handle tenant relations to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct regular property inspections and implement maintenance and improvement plans to uphold property standards and increase asset value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and construction, to execute property-related projects and initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and develop pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, tracking expenses and income to meet financial objectives.
• Supervise and mentor property management staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
