**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Property Surveyor to play a vital role in our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting property surveys, assessing land and property conditions, and providing accurate reports and data to support real estate transactions and development projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Property Surveys:**

  - Conduct comprehensive property surveys to determine boundaries, land topography, and existing structures.

  - Use surveying instruments and technology to measure and map property features accurately.

  - Record precise measurements, property lines, and relevant details.

2. **Data Collection and Analysis:**

  - Collect data related to property dimensions, elevations, and improvements.

  - Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports for use in real estate transactions and development projects.

  - Identify any encroachments, easements, or zoning restrictions affecting the property.

3. **Legal Compliance:**

  - Ensure that property surveys comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and property laws.

  - Assist in resolving property boundary disputes and legal issues through accurate surveys and documentation.

4. **Client Communication:**

  - Collaborate with real estate agents, property developers, and legal professionals to provide surveying expertise and support during property transactions.

  - Communicate survey findings and implications to clients and stakeholders.

5. **Field Work:**

  - Conduct field inspections and site visits to verify property conditions and survey accuracy.

  - Ensure safety protocols are followed during fieldwork.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a real estate property surveyor.

- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
