Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Engineer - Passive Infran to join our team at Jayatma Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing passive infrastructure projects. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer and strong skills in structured cabling, DPR (Detailed Project Report), team management, good mail communication, and vendor management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in passive infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling installation and maintenance.
• Experience in preparing detailed project reports (DPR) and managing project budgets.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Vendor management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute passive infrastructure projects, including structured cabling installation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within the defined timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed project reports (DPR) and provide regular updates to the management.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials and services.
• Responsible for team management, including resource allocation, performance evaluation, and mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in passive infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigating actions.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients, providing timely updates and addressing any project-related concerns.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
