·        Plan and manage projects to ensure 100% availability of the company's data centre and critical applications; responsible for adherence to schedule, scope and budgets.

·        Capable of deriving new frameworks and procedures. Define strategy and roadmap for the company's Data centre facilities.

·        Ability to work with all the levels of management, Ability to spot data centre issues proactively

·        Propose and Drive the Data centre Go-Green initiatives

·        Ability to support the future requirements such as cloud or hybrid cloud requirements from DCM point of view

·        Ability for Proactive thinking the next generation datacentre practices and its preparatory tasks for future DC readiness
