1.      Heading IT Infrastructure implementation within the various divisions: Enterprise Network, Passive Network, Server & Data Center, Collaboration & A.V., ELV, along with Surveillance & security Solutions.

2.      Designing solutions for the clients (Corporate & Government) in close coordination with Sales, Pre-Sales, and purchase team.

3.      Explaining project requirements to the downline team leads and supervising lead who will supervise various Project Engineers and Project Executives.

4.      Overseeing daily project implementation activities related to the department

5.      Managing cordial relations with senior representatives of OEMs and vendors

6.      Draft technical instructions, engineering plans, technical designs, and other systems integration related documents in coordination with documentation team

7.      Interface with various departments such as Purchase, HR, Sales, Accounts and Pre-sales

8.      Developing complete project SOPs, MIS, and reporting structures and designing processes

9.      Design, build, synthesize and implement technical processes that are customized to meet an organization’s needs. 

10.  Guiding and training multiple leads of various implementation teams of Network (Active), Passive IT, Data Centre, Surveillance, BAMS, AV, Collaboration, etc.

11. Handle complete team reporting, reviewing their performance every month, approving the team requests for travel, stationery and other various requirements.

12. Maintain coordinal relations with the Technical Heads and System Integrators at client’s side at multiple locations
