1.    Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customer’s business requirements.

2.    Develop relationships with OEM's/Vendors considering price, delivery and payment terms. Further provide purchase department on the inputs/T&C placed on Vendors.

3.    Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.

4.    Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customer’s business requirements.

5.    Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.

6.    Installation, set up/configuration, troubleshooting, tuning, implementation & up-gradation of Network Connectivity.

7.    Upgrade, install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices and software.

8.    To work with Networks, IT Cabling, ELV, Surveillance (CCTV) and Video Conferencing Equipment.
