Job Overview

We are hiring a Project Manager to join our team at Jash Entertainment. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects in the field of game development, 3D animation, video mapping, mobile app development, and website development. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in project management and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong project planning and implementation skills
• Excellent management and leadership abilities
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and client interaction skills
• Ability to manage and motivate teams
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects in the field of game development, 3D animation, video mapping, mobile app development, and website development
• Develop project plans, including goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and communicate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery
• Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
